2025 Can the Cruiser Nov 1st

The Roaming Shores Police Department would like to encourage and invite our community and the surrounding communities to participate in our 7th annual Can the Cruiser Food Drive.

2025 Lake Drawdown

Attention Boaters and Lakefront Property Owners:

We plan to lower the lake this fall beginning on Monday, November 3rd. Please make sure to have your watercraft removed from the lake before lowering begins.

Also, remember to grab your state registration from your watercraft before winterizing. Registrations are required when registering your watercraft with the RRA each year.

2025 Meet the Mayoral Candidates Oct 10th

The Village of Roaming Shores will have four positions on Village Council and the office of Mayor on the ballot this year. Four candidates have filed for the four available Council seats, and two candidates have filed for Mayor. The mayoral candidates are incumbent Jennie D’Amicone and Duane Helms. The term of office for these positions will run from 2026 through 2029.

Fishing Club News – October 2025

We would like to thank the 61 members and their families who joined our club in 2025.  Membership fees are only $25 a year per family. Many of our members contribute additional money to help support the two kids’ events that we sponsor every year.

On August 23rd, the club held the first of two bass tournaments for the season.  Prizes were given for the largest five bass limits and big bass.
